Frontline Manager Foundation Certification

The Frontline Manager Foundation Certification is designed for people leaders with access to Gong Foundation who are looking to establish a strong coaching culture, reinforce best practices, and elevate team performance. Frontline managers are encouraged to complete the Frontline Manager Foundation Certification Study Guide in preparation for the exam, which entails coursework and activities as well as a practice exam. Credentials are issued when frontline managers pass the certification exam: a 90 minute, 30 question assessment.
