Frontline Manager Certification

This certification is specifically designed for Frontline Managers, or those who manage Sales Development Reps, Account Executives, Sales Directors, Customer Success Managers, or other frontline-facing roles at an organization. This certification is comprised of seven courses in total, and a combination of interactive content, videos, simulations, live and pre-recorded webinars, as well as activities to be completed in the Gong Community and a final assessment that must be passed with a grade of 80% or above. The total approximate time for completion is 10-12 hours.
